My husband once said, "I am not going to work all day if I am not doing something I enjoy."

Luckily for me that has always stuck in my head; so much so, that as we raised our daughter, I wanted to make sure that I instilled in her that having fun no matter what you are doing is the best way to live.

This photograph is a good example of how having fun and goofing around can produce something unexpected.

I was in the studio working with commercial copper pipe and noticed
the great reflection of light on the inside of the three foot pipe. I
continued to play by holding various objects at the bottom of the pipe to see the different reflections I could create; I was pleasantly surprised with this image.
